How long is the promotion running?
The promotion opens at 12.00am AEDST on 01/04/23 and ends at 11:59pm AEDST on 31/12/23.
You can Sign-Up to the Vaalia 2-week plan and claim your free e-book at any time during this period.
How long do I have to claim my Money-Back?
On completion of your 2-week plan, if you decide to make a claim for your money-back, you must submit all required details within 14 days of your completion day.
All claims must be received between 12:00am AEST on 15/04/2023 and 11:59pm AEDST on 14/01/2024.
Where is the promotion running?
Any retailer in Australia that stocks specially marked Vaalia product.
Which Vaalia product are part of the promotion?
Only specially marked Vaalia product, which includes Vaalia Probiotic Yoghurt 900g tubs, Vaalia Probiotic Yoghurt 4x150g packs, Vaalia Probiotic Kefir Yoghurt 150g tubs and Vaalia Probiotic Kefir Yoghurt 700g tubs.
Who can enter?
Entry is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years and over.
How do I sign up to the 2-week plan? What do I have to do?
During the promotion period:
- Buy any specially marked Vaalia product
- Scan the QR code found on pack or visit www.vaalia.com.au
Then follow the prompts to Sign Up by entering your details (Name, email, mobile, address). - You’ll receive a download link for your free e-book straight away.
The e-book includes gut health tips and information, as well as a 2 week meal plan developed by clinical dietician & nutritionist, Jaime Rose Chambers. - Follow the 2 week plan by consuming a daily serve (150g) of Vaalia Probiotic yoghurt for 14 consecutive days, along with a balanced, nutritionous diet to start your gut happy journey!

I’m not satisfied after completing the 2 week plan. How do I claim my money back?
At the conclusion of your 2-week plan, you’ll receive an eDM notifying you of the Program’s completion. This eDM will also contain a link for any unsatisfied consumers to submit a claim for their money-back.
To make a claim, click the link and complete the form including
- Entering first name, last name, post code, email, mobile number, cost of the purchased Participating Products and bank account details;
- Upload the original receipts of purchased Products that have been consumed as part of the Vaalia 14-Day Program (note: there must be a total of 14 serves x 150g);
- Tell us in 15 words or more as to why you are unsatisfied after completing the 2 week plan.
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of your 2 week completion date.
How will I receive my money back? When will I receive it?
Following submission of your claim form, you’ll receive an eDM confirming receipt of the claim. You’ll then receive a separate eDM advising whether your claim has been approved or rejected. You should allow up to 30 days from submitting your claim for us to review and then approve or reject the claim.
If approved, you can expect to receive your refund within 7 business days of being notified of the approval. The refund for 14 serves of Vaalia will be paid into the nominated bank account that was provided with your claim.
If rejected, you’ll receive reasons for the rejected claim.
How many times can I make a money back claim?
Only one (1) claim is permitted per person during the Promotion period.
You can only claim your money back on completion of your FIRST sign up to the 2-week plan.
What proof of purchase do I need?
To sign up to the 2 week plan, you don’t need proof of purchase.
If you decide to make a money-back claim, you will need to upload a photo of receipt/s for minimum 14 serves of Vaalia, as proof of the 14 serves consumed during the 14 consecutive program days.
